How long will my order take?
As each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 3–6 weeks for it to be made and dispatched. Some designs or custom pieces may take a little longer — each product page includes the estimated timeframe so you’ll know what to expect. If you have a specific date in mind, feel free to get in touch.

Do you take custom or bespoke orders?
Yes, I do! Creating bespoke pieces is one of my favourite parts of what I do. Whether it’s a special engagement ring, a remodel of heirloom jewellery, or a unique idea you’d love brought to life, I’d be honoured to work with you. [Learn more about the bespoke process ›]

What materials do you use?
All pieces are handcrafted using solid gold and responsibly sourced metals from Australia and New Zealand. I work with 9ct and 18ct yellow, rose, and white gold. We pride ourselves with using quality materials made to be worn and loved for generations. Platinum is also used for custom pieces.
*gold plating can be done on request at an additional cost.

Where are you based?
Katie Rose Jewellery is made by hand in beautiful Lutruwita / Tasmania, Australia. My roots are in Aotearoa / New Zealand, and I draw inspiration from the natural world around me — both here and across the sea.

What are your diamonds and gemstones like?
I only use high-quality, ethically sourced natural and lab-grown diamonds. All small diamonds are graded FG/SI, and larger diamonds are hand-selected from SI1 clarity and G colour upwards. Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes, Afterpay is available on all orders up to $2,000. Simply select Afterpay at checkout to pay in four interest-free instalments.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — I offer worldwide shipping. All orders over $300 receive free standard shipping. If you’d like extra peace of mind, insured shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Express options are also available.

What if I change my mind?
If you’re not quite sure about your piece once it arrives, I accept returns within 21 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Please note that custom and bespoke pieces are final sale.

Do you offer ring resizing?
Yes — if your ring isn’t quite the right fit, I offer complimentary resizing on most pieces. Custom or one-off designs may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. [see our size guide to help get the right size ]
